Lilian Lindsey (1878 – 1939) A charter member of The Garden Club of Frankfort, Lilian was the founder of the Frankfort Public Library, and served as its first librarian. In 2006 the Paul Sawyier Library building opened across the street from her former residence, the Vest-Lindsey House, at 401 Wapping Street.
