Leopold Labrot (1842 – 1911) Born in France, Labrot turned his attention to bourbon whiskey when he partnered with Frankfort banker James H. Graham to purchase the old Oscar Pepper Distillery and created the Labrot-Graham Distillery which exists today as Woodford Reserve. The Labrot home in Frankfort is located at 421 West Main Street.
